Elizabethtown Bank Robbed

At approximately 3:24 p.m. on Wednesday a man robbed the Fulton Bank branch in the Kmart shopping center in Elizabethtown (Mt. Joy Township). The bank is located in the 1600 block of Market Street in Mount Joy Township.  The suspect walked into the bank and handed a teller a note saying that he was carrying a gun  and demanded money.  Police said the teller didn’t see a firearm. The suspect left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash.  Northwestern Regional Police officers and officers from other departments arrived only minutes later, but their was no sign of the suspect.


The suspect is described as a white male, in his 20′s, about 6 feet tall weighing about 200 pounds. He wore black framed glasses, a dark blue baseball cap, light long sleeve blue button down shirt and dark colored jeans with dark sneakers. He possibly sported a goatee.
