May 1, 2012— The Elizabethtown Area High School Theater Arts Club will present its third annual dinner theater production – Cinemagic – on Friday evening May 18 in the school’s cafeteria. The evening will begin with dinner at 6:30 p.m. The dinner will include a salad, a pasta bar, breadsticks, assorted desserts and beverages.

Following the dinner, the EAHS Theater Arts Club will present a musical revue entitled – Cinemagic – featuring songs from motion pictures. The musical revue will begin at 7:15 p.m. The show features two ensemble numbers and will begin with the popular, “That’s Entertainment” and close with “Seasons of Love” from the movie Rent. The show will feature other musical numbers from such movies as Mamma Mia, White Christmas, Disney’s Tarzan and Beauty and the Beast.

Under the direction of Kevin L. Biddle, the production will be emceed by EAHS alumni Braydon P. Hoover featuring Mark Kain on the piano. EAHS students involved in the production include Kat Allison, Jessica Auch, Nick Brown, Alexis Evans, Bryan Goody, Lauren Hayden, Brynn Hoffman, Gavin Kolaric, Alison Levosky, and Austin J. Telenko.

Reservations are required for dinner and should be made by May 11. Reservations can be made by calling 361-7525 ext. 2785 or by emailing kevin_biddle@etownschools.org. Dinner theater tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for students. Admission to the musical revue only is $10 for adults and $8 for students. All proceeds benefit the EAHS Theater Arts Scholarship and Awards program.
