Rick Hill at Conewago Coffeehouse

Rick Hill, a folksinger from Thurmont, MD, will be performing folks songs from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s as well as his own compositions Sunday, March 6 at Conewago Coffee in Elizabethtown. The show is from 3-5 PM. Donations are welcome. Rick Hill has been playing folk music since he was 10 years old. PennDOT reviews bids for West College Avenue extension Monday, December 20, 2010 The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is reviewing bids for the construction of West College Avenue, and if PennDOT approves the low bid Elizabethtown Borough Council may vote and approve it as early as next month. If things go according to plan, the borough is anticipating that construction will start in March and will last for a year and a half. Not likely, according to an article in the Guardian. Our local beloved icon is referred to as “diddy conical filth-bombs” and “tapering terrors.” It is alleged to have “all the flavour notes of regurgitated milk.” And these are some of the kinder comments. The presumed distribution outlet for the Hershey’s products, Asda, also comes in for vilification. Asda is a British supermarket chain that sells food, clothes and toys–and touts its low prices.
