Elizabethtown’s new assistant borough manager, Cindy Foster, comes to us from our neighbors in Middletown.  Cindy took a pay cut  from her Acting Borough Manger position at Middletown to work for Elizabethtown borough.  A better working environment and no community residency requirement made the move worth the pay-cut for Ms. Foster.
