Interactive Holiday Train Display Starts Soon

The Train Guys of Elizabethtown, PA are putting finishing touches on the Interactive Holiday Train Display which will open to the public on Saturday, December 1, 2012! Not only is this Train Display amazing in its design and interactive fun, but every dollar raised goes to support Elizabethtown Public Library for the benefit of the Greater Elizabethtown Area. Fashions for Beloved Dolls Come to Elizabethtown Public Library

Elizabethtown Public Library invites you and your little girl to buy the perfect dress for her favorite doll. American Girl Dolls and their corresponding books, featuring characters like Felicity and Molly, have been shaping girls’ lives for decades. Elizabethtown Public Library welcomes for the third year the works of Deb Kramer, a professional maker of dolls’ clothing. She specializes in clothes for American Girl dolls and similar 18’’ dolls. Some of the clothes will also fit Bitty Baby and similar dolls. Zombie Fun for Everyone

Zombies and humans are invited to attend ZombiE-town on Friday, October 19 at Elizabethtown Public Library. ZombiE-town is a family friendly zombie event for people ages 10 and up; children under 14 must have an adult with them. This event will include a variety of activities and many awards as well as the opportunity to “give yourself away” through a blood drive held by the Central PA Blood Bank from 2-7pm. Craft Fair Fundraiser for Elizabethtown Public Library

Elizabethtown Public Library invites everyone to attend the fourth annual Elizabethtown Public Library Craft Fair at the Library on Friday, October 12 and Saturday, October 13. “This year is the greatest fair we have had to date,” said Outreach Services Coordinator Bethleen Bradford. We have more than forty vendors with a tremendous variety of crafts, home sales vendors, and even cash for gold. Elizabethtown Public Library and Pages Bookstore on the Square present highlights and results from the Reading on the Square series of 2012. Reading on the Square, a series of three outdoor program days, brought together businesses and the community providing free books, prizes, and a good bit of fun for people of all ages in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania’s Center Square. Advantage Chiropractic Presents Check to Elizabethtown Public Library

Dr. Mark Doody, owner of Advantage Chiropractic, presented a check for $1,200.00 to Deb Drury on behalf of Elizabethtown Public Library on Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at the Library. This check represents a ten dollar donation for each of the people who came to Advantage Chiropractic in 2011 for an initial consultation with x-rays. Dr. Doody stated, “We want to help the Library. It is a cornerstone of downtown Elizabethtown (PA).
